How much cannabis can I purchase at your store?

In Ontario, cannabis is a regulated industry by the AGCO. We can only sell 30 grams or its equivalent to a customer per visit.

How old do I have to be to purchase cannabis?

In Ontario, you must be 19 years of age or older to legally purchase cannabis. Please have your government issued photo ID ready when you visit our store.

Accepted payment methods?

Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time.

How can I join the Utopia Cannabis team?

Who is the AGCO?

AGCO is the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario. They are the governing body for regulating Ontario’s cannabis retail stores and their focus is on the safe, responsible and lawful sale of cannabis.

Utopia 30 Card - Terms & Conditions

-Only one card can be used per visit. You cannot combine cards for a larger discount.

-The card offers a 30% discount on the purchase AFTER the card is full of stamps (eight stamps).

-After receiving eight (8) stamps, the next purchase grants a 30% discount on the full order (with a maximum discount of $30). For example, if you have received the eight (8) stamps and on the next purchase, you spend $200 prior to taxes, you will receive a maximum of $30 discount.

-Unfortunately, we will not allow customers to divide their order (on their single visit) and retrieve multiple stamps. One stamp can be applied per visit.

-The discount can only be applied once for the customer on that visit in which the card will and must be discarded by our company after receiving the discount.

-The Utopia 30 discount DOES NOT apply to any items on sale (online or in-store.

-The AGCO (governing body) mandates that a maximum of 30 grams can be purchased per visit. If this mandate conflicts with the Utopia 30 card, you cannot receive the discount in which the AGCO’s guidelines will ultimately overrule the Utopia 30 card.

FAQs for delivery

  • It is quite simple! Select the delivery option upon checking out of your Online Shopping cart and we will deliver the products to your house from 12-4pm everyday (Except Sundays). All orders must be made prior to 1pm of that order day for you to receive your products on the SAME DAY! If the order is made after 1pm, we can deliver the products on the following day.

  • You will need two (2) cards present. First, please always have your ID with you for age verification (Must be 19 years or older). Second, please have your Credit Card payment card with you. Our policy for verification is to have the names on both cards to match and you’re set to go! Unfortunately, only VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted at this time. If either of these cards are NOT present at the time of delivery (no exceptions), the driver will attempt to try again the following day.

  • Our designated delivery area is above (Please see map). If your address is found within the designated delivery area, we will gladly deliver to your home.

  • The only form of payment is by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) as our service provider
