Products & Purchases
What is your return policy?
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.
In the even you received a defective product from us, we evaluate refund eligibility on a case by case basis. IF this is the case, please either send us an email with details of the issue, or bring the defective product in to the store with its original packaging, and hopefully we can make things right.
What payment methods do you accept?
In store we take cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most pre-paid gift cards. Online we currently only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Are your percentages accurate?
We try to keep product percentages both online and in store as accurate as possible. What you see should be what you get. That being said, sometimes products do fall through the cracks, so you can always give us a call to confirm any product information.
Where can I find more specific product information?
If you ever want to check something like package date or terpene count, feel free to give us a call during opening hours. Otherwise, the best resource for more information about a specific product is OCS.ca (They're our wholesaler!)
Regulations
How old do I have to be to purchase Cannabis?
You must be at least 19 years of age and be able to show photo ID that confirms your age, no exceptions!
How much Cannabis can I purchase in one visit?
The AGCO (The Alchohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) mandates that we can only sell you up to 30 grams of Cannabis (or equivalent) per visit.
Delivery
How Does Delivery Work?
Simply view our menu online, and when putting items in your cart, select delivery! You will immediately be prompted to enter your address, and then can continue to shop and checkout as normal.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, 12pm - 4pm.
Same day delivery is available before 3pm.
A minimum of a $40 purchase required for delivery.
A $3.50 delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

Our driver will arrive within your specified time frame, and you'll be asked to present your ID and the card you used to pay at the door. If everything looks good, we hand you your products and you're done!
What Payment Methods are accepted?
Currently we only accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards for any online orders, including delivery.
Do you deliver to my adress?
The best way to check is to start an order for delivery online, and enter your address, you'll be told right away if you're within our delivery zone. We can also make exceptions for particularly large or specialty orders, please give us a call or email to inquire.
Do you ship to _____?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any form of shipping, in Canada or elsewhere, at this time.
Utopia Account & Loyalty
Do I need a Utopia Account?
Utopia accounts are entirely optional and are only for your benefit! We will never give out your information to anyone under any circumstances, but we totally understand if you want to stay "off the grid".
What is a Utopia Account?
A Utopia Account is just a way to keep track of your previous purchases and gain loyalty points. To make one, come visit us in store, and you'll get a discount on your first purchase!
Can I see/use my Utopia Account online?
Unfortunately, at this time our Utopia Account system and its applicable discounts are only available in store.

When placing your order online, make sure to use the same phone number you gave us, and you'll get points from that purchase added to your account retroactively.

The Account you are prompted to make on our menu is a Dutchie account, and is only useful for storing your previous online orders, it is not associated with our Utopia Account system.

If you plan to make a signifigant amount of online orders, please give us a call and we can work something out so that you can still benefit from our points system.
